Mark Collins is the owner/operator of this dealership, and I did not know him prior to purchasing our first car from his lot a few years ago. My wife found a used car she liked on his lot, and we worked with Mark to settle on a fair price, and the experience was very positive. That experience resulted in us eventually buying two more used cars from Mark since that time, with our most recent transaction here in September, 2011.

Mark's dealership is comprised of only used cars, but high-quality used vehicles, and mostly imports. Brands from Mercedes, Lexus, Toyota, BMW, Audi, and Honda, to name a few. I don't like buying cars new due to the expense and the significant market depreciation in the first 2-4 years of a vehicle. My approach has been to buy used cars with 30-40k miles, but with historical reputations for reliability, quality, and durability. Mark's lot is exactly that (although there are certainly many vehicles on his lot with higher mileage than my target range).

In each of our transactions with Mark, he was more concerned with making sure our questions were answered than whether or not we were ready to buy. He was responsive to phone calls and other inquiries regarding his vehicles. He's seemingly more interested in the relationship and making sure we're comfortable in the purchase decision process rather than making a sale. As a result, I'm a repeat buyer over the years.

Over many years and three car purchases, I have not one regret in any of our transactions with Mark, and all cars are running great. He's a neat guy, and someone I feel who has integrity and solid business ethics.
