Jim was great! He responded quickly, even coming out to provide a quote on the same day I contacted him. He was then out to remove the trees just a couple of days later and had them all removed on the same day. They did a great job at cleaning up as well! Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the service. They cut down the trees and removed the branches and stumps as expected, and saved and stacked the truck's per my instructions for future use.

They did a nice job. They were courteous and timely. They did all that they promised including cleaning up the yard.

We had a great experience with Dvorak Tree Service. He finished the work quickly and completely cleaned up after. Most of the front bushes had mulch surrounding them - so it was likely not easy to pick up all of the trimmed branches and leaves but he did a great job.
He also gave a lot of free advice as he was walking around our yard. Noting a boulevard tree that was in danger of coming down (despite the fact that the tree would be the HOA responsibility and we would likely not be able to hire him for that).
He could have upsold me on a few things, but didn't. I was so frustrated that our front bushes had bugs and were unruly. I was tempted to remove them. He was sure he could solve both problems by trimming instead of removal and replacement and they look great.
He just seemed really knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely ask him to come back again.

They gave notice and came 2 days earlier than they originally stated. They started promptly and completed the tree surgery quickly and efficiently. The maple was beautifully shaped and the clean-up was thorough. In fact, without our asking, they chipped some other branches lying on the ground from another tree; just as a service to the customer. I would definitely use Dvorak again.

Jim answered our questions about health of trees and made solid recommendations. Prompt professional service. Work performed by Jim and one helper. Completed all work efficiently clearing all debris from property. Very pleased and would hire again.

They did a great job. Jim (the owner) was on-time for the estimate and provided a very reasonable price for the large scope of work we needed done. His price was comparable to other estimates I had received from other tree companies (from Angie's List), but his price included more in terms of the job scope. On the scheduled day of service, Jim and his crew arrived on-time, did the work and cleaned-up like they were never there. He returned calls and was very responsive to all my requests. I am very happy with them and will use them again in the future.

We got an estimate for cutting two tree branches that were hanging over a privacy fence and a deck. We were very happy with the overall job and the fact that they were able to work around the privacy fence without damaging it. After they cut and chopped the branches, they blew and swept the remaining debris and hauled it all away. They were easy to work with, polite and were reasonably priced.

They were prompt and the work was finished quicker than we expected. They did an excellent job and the cleanup was great. They have the equipment to complete a large job in minimal time. The only negative is we thought the price was a little high but when we saw what they did we were completely satisfied.downed

Came for an estimate which took less than 1/2 hour. Scheduled work. Work was done and cleaned up before noon. Trimmed 7 large trees. Now that leaves have come in property looks great. Work highly recommend this service for time saving, professionalism and quality.

Jim was there promptly when he said he'd be there. Worked efficiently and was professional. He removed the debris from our yard and trimmed back an overgrown tree. Everything looked great when he was done. Took him about an hour.

I've used them twice. I used them last September. They were great. I had a big tree fall last fall, one of a clump of trees. They came and took care of the tree that fell and all of the trees in that cluster. They basically removed 6 trees. They were 60-foot big trees. They do a great job. When they were gone you couldn't tell. There was no damage to the lawn and the whole area was cleaned up nicely. They were very careful and they know what they are doing. The owner and his workers came out and they were all great. I have recommended them to others. The price was right what I expected it to be.

After Jim gave us the bid on a Wed, he said he could bring the crew out by that Thursday or Friday but no one appeared. This is the only reason I am giving a B rating for Responsiveness. I assumed it was because of the storms moving through those few days but we didn't receive a call to tell us otherwise. When I called on Tuesday to tell them we still wanted them to perform the job they appeared within an hour to start working. They were very nice, fast working and cleaned up completely. They even were careful around the flower garden. Everything else ran very smooth and I would definitely hire them again.

They trimmed the crab tree in front of the house first. They were very accommodating and asked questions as they went along to make sure that they did what we wanted. Then they trimmed the yews out back. Next they "moved the trees back" behind out house by cutting various branches as we supervised and advised them as to the look we were wanting to create. It also improved our view of the lake. They cleaned up everything so you never know they were at our house. I like things "just so" and they were very courteous and patient. We will hire them again.
