Julie is an absolute earth angel. Anyone who has pets knows the bond shared between us and our animals and how important it is to feel at ease when we are away from them. I have the most wonderful dog - my total companion - but unfortunately I work a LOT. Julie takes my pup for walks, to doggy days to play with other dogs, on overnight stays, and is always available when I need her. She loves on him as if he were her own and there is NO one else I would trust as much with my dog as Julie. She has become a part of our family. 110% would recommend Julie to anyone and everyone who needs help with their animals!

We have used Jules pet care for years. Our 2 dogs are very comfortable with Jules and Grace. They are very accommodating and take great care of our pups! They make it easier to leave them when we need to. The dogs are always happy when we return!

Julie and Peace of Mind are awesome! We are extremely thankful for the help they provide with our dog Stella. Stella is very high energy and intelligent. She loves her mid day walks. The team has been awesome at taking care of Stella when we are out of town. They ensure she's mentally stimulated and physically active. Stella is very bonded to the team.

Super duper! We started working with Peace of Mind Pet Care at the recommendation of our neighbor when we got a puppy. Auggie is no longer a puppy but we will always use POMPC. Auggie goes on play dates and walks throughout the week. The service is GREAT. I think our dog is far more social and well trained because of the great staff at POMPC. He loves it. He gets to play with his friends. I know he’s always well cared for. This is an amazing service. Highly recommended.

I have used POMPC since February 2018 for our dog. They have always been reliable and my dog is so excited when they come so I know he is treated well which is the most important. I would recommend them.

I have been a customer of Peace of Mind Pet Care (POMPC) for about 7 years. During this time, Julie and her team have done mid-day dog-walking for two of my dogs. My current dog is a rescue, and he was very timid when I first got him. With patience and kindness, Julie and her team all gained his trust. I have been at home when each of the team members arrived at our house, and I see my dog run to the door with joy and anticipation to see them. I feel bad leaving my dog to go to work each day, but I know that POMPC will be there for him. POMPC truly gives me peace of mind!

This company is excellent. I have used them for over 7 years between 2 times a week up to 5 times a week. Highest standard of care for your pet with honest compassion by entire staff. They will work with you whenever you need emergency services (you're stuck at work, running late, etc.). And they are very knowledgeable of different breeds and their specific needs. I trust them explicitly. Just the best!

We have used Peace of Mind Pet Care for 12 years now including four generations of dogs in our home. Our schedule is irregular with work and family stuff, and Julie and her team are usually able to accommodate schedule requests and changes. Her team is always on time and has never missed a visit, and the visits are very fair in length and attention for our doggos. They take great care of our home and property and always lock doors and close gates, and always clean up waste. We average about $1,400 per year in services with Peace of Mind Pet Care.

They are very consicientious and treated our pets better than we treat them. They send messages every time they visit to keep us updated on our pets. Since our pets are very old, this was important to us. I understand that it is difficult to select a pet sitter that you don’t know but these ladies are the ones to choose and you can be fully confident in your choice. For added measure, I should mention that we have used them twice and during our second usage, she heard water flowing and found water leaking in our basement. She turned the water off for us and saved us from thousands of dollars of damage.

Jules is amazing! She took care of my three big dogs for six days while we were on vacation. She thoughtfully sent pictures and updates of the dogs while we were away. My 2 males are in the process of trying to figure out who's in charge. Jules had many insightful hints and suggestions for me moving forward to help create a clear pecking order and give them the routine and direction they were craving. Her suggestions were spot on! Julie and her team also provide weekly dog walking services for us and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend POMPC!

Julie did petsitting for me for two years, and I thought all was well. Then one day, my son was home when she came to let the dogs out. He was upstairs, and she did not know he was home. The first thing he heard as she entered the house was Julie yelling and swearing at the dogs that were greeting her. She yelled and swore all the way to the back door to let them out. Then she sat at the kitchen table. The cat jumped up to say hello and Julie swatted her to the floor. Julie knew that the cat was allowed on the table. In fact, because of the dogs that's where the cat eats. When my son announced his presence Julie went to hide in the dining room. DO NOT hire her to care for your animals.

Jules did a great job! She took good care of my kitties and even clean up after them when they barfed on the carpet. She made sure to have me check in with her when I got home so that she knew the kitties would be taken care of. And when I had a pipe spring a leak she turned the water off for me. My kitties are normally skittish around strangers but she had one of them taking a treat right from her hand when she first met them. Her price was a bit higher than I found elsewhere but that was due to the extra long drive she had. I'd definitely have her take care of my kitties again. Thanks, Jules!

I can't say enough great things about the services POMPC offers. Jules (owner) and team member Justine are AMAZING! They truly care about my dogs and have gone above and beyond my expectations. Behavior issues are diagnosed, explained (through the dog's perspective) and achievable steps toward resolution are clearly laid out. In addition, my high energy dog gets to go on rollerblade runs during the day. He loves it! My puppy is being helped with learning how to be in a pack and Justine is helping me learn the subtitles of being a pack leader. The results are astounding! The behavior issues I have are well on their way to being under control. Thank you team POMPC!!

We were gone for 12 days. Jules was wonderful, sent pictures and updates to us. We were concerned about the 20 year old, he's getting slightly senile, She suggested putting his dish up higher to help his arthritis, great suggestion, he doesn't have to bend as far to eat. She went above and beyond what I expected her to do. She had no problems giving the medications to the them. Jules certainly has a way with cats, Ari our 14 year old usually hides, but she got him to come out and greet her. Couldn't go any better. We messed up because our house was being shown by realtors at the time and they locked her out of the house and she spent a long time in the driveway trying to reach us. Jules us very patient and understanding and we really appreciate her.

We absolutely love Julie, and have been blessed to have her care for our furry family members for quite a number of years now. We travel quite a bit, and it is so calming to know we can leave our beloved pets in her loving hands. Whether it is a short impromptu trip, or a 3 week planned getaway, she has been there for us. She often sends us videos which we love to receive and makes us feel connected to home. So fun to see the dogs so happy when they are with her! They love her as much as we do! This is the third time our 2 dogs have been lucky enough to have Julie take care of them while we were out of town. They are both elderly and one in particular (17 years old) is starting to have some of those “old age” problems that can be expected. The care and concern she shows for our kids shows in the little things she does for them. They seemed to love her from their first meeting and the pictures, and recently a video, show that they continue to be happy when she is around. Not only does she take care of the kids – she also takes care of things around the house. And I am sure she will be glad to hear that we plan on have the doorknobs and keys replaced so she doesn’t have to put up with the idiosyncrasies of our current locks. But you know…I bet she knows someone who does that.... LOL.

Stella is a shelter dog and came to live with us with some baggage. Jules and her team at POMPC were patient with her, helped to provide a routine and get her comfortably settled in her new forever home. They have been part of Stella's weekday routine now for over 2 years. Stella gets incredibly excited to see them coming each day. She knows them and loves to go out and play with them. There are usually 2-3 walkers that vary during the week and Stella loves each and every one of them. When Stella has been sick, Jules is the first one to be watching out for her an offering the appropriate amount of professional ideas (not necessarily advice) for us to consider.

On this particular day, my father had to be admitted into the hospital unexpectedly. So here I was out of town with my 12 1/2 year dog and 8 month old puppy alone at home in their kennel. I contacted POMPC immediately to add an additional walk to their schedule. My puppy was going to spend the night with friends. Unfortunately, when POMPC arrived for their first walk my puppy had been sick all over her crate. And because of that, she was very upset, extremely stressed out. She's a white dog, but now she was brown from head to toe! Just awful. And once out of her kennel she proceeded to make the walls, floors, my other dog, the dog walker, brown as well! Julie Whaley, owner of the company, called me immediately and offered to go over and clean up my puppy and kennel. She cleaned, and cleaned, and cleaned. And then disinfected the kennel area. She took the dirty towels and did a load of laundry. She then stayed around to comfort my dogs. All in all she spent over 2 hours with them. By the time my friends came for the dogs, they were calm and relaxed with no more tummy issues. Julie went well above my expectations. I would not of asked my friends to do what she volunteered to do for me. POMPC truly cares about their clients, pets and owners.
