They did a great job very careful and clean inside and outside. and very raesonable.

They are very good, prompt and what they did was well done, very courteous and kind.

When I first asked for 3 references on Angie's list, Jess was the first one to respond and the only one who could get the job done in the short time frame I needed. The prices were listed on the website so I could get a general idea of how much it would cost. Jess gave me an estimate before the job was done on the day he arrived. All of our windows were washed inside and out, screens washed and sills wiped clean. Jess did the work himself and was very friendly and professional. Our windows look fantastic!

Excellent. Jess came by and gave me a quote and then he and a worker were able to clean our gutters a couple of days later. They were efficient and thorough. I also had several gutter-related questions which Jess took the time to answer.

Jess was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He helped us diagnose the problem (which was caused by our AC) and advised us how to deal with it with the AC company, using he extensive knowledge as a former contractor. Really great! We couldn't be at the residence and were able to give them the lockbox code. They let themselves in did what we needed and locked up the house. We saw the work two days later and were thrilled!

This is the 4th season I've used Jess & Joe's and I'm VERY pleased with the work. This year I was late in contacting Jess for my appointment and on the appointed day he came out as scheduled but due to snow and ice in the eaves, could not complete work. He contacted me every day after until the ice was off the room and then came out promptly to complete gutters and windows. 213 lin feet of gutter and 21 windows on the outside only. High quality work always. Pricing VERY reasonable, and Jess is very professional. I highly recommend this company.

The job went extremely well. My communications with Jess in scheduling the work were prompt and thorough. Jess's and his helper arrived on time, introduced themselves, checked out the window locations and quickly went to work. They were neatly dressed, very personable, and worked efficiently. The residence is a townhouse which has several high windows that require climbing a ladder numerous times and they managed to get all of them effectively cleaned.

I would highly recommend Jesse -- this is the third year we have hired him for our window washing and he does an excellent job. We have windows that have decorative panes in the front of our home and other window washing services counted each pane in their estimates -- their prices were ridiculous. I can see why he consistently gets good reviews!!!!

Went very well. Jess was prompt with estimate, arrival and job completion. High quality job, very neat. Didn't miss anything. Cleaned some areas I wasn't even expecting! Worked through rain shower. Did outside, inside and screens for about 40 panes, six doors and garage door.

Jess washed inside and outside windows. He also went above and beyond, crawling under my deck to clean a screen for me when I mentioned trouble gaining access to it. This was outside the scope of the job he was hired to do. Greatly appreciated!

Our experience with Jess was fantastic! He responded quickly to early requests for info and his bid was spot on. He showed up right on time and used care when washing. No follow up touch ups required! Given the number of windows in our home, he was around all day and felt like one of the family! Will be calling him again next year...
