"The individuals who wrote this review are not and never were my clients, nor were they ever represented by me ! They had their own representation / inspectors . .As buyers they were provided every opportunity to inspect and test every aspect of the home they purchased . It is my understanding ( agents representing the sellers do not attend a buyer's final walk through ) that they failed to show up and attend / perform a final final walk thru on the home they purchased . These buyers hired their own inspectors AND were provided a seller paid home Warranty - Including pool coverage. Feel free to contact the Warranty Company to see what claims were paid ...Their tactics and accusations left them to their own resolutions ... their communication went to their agent , was forwarded to me , then forwarded to the seller. Any Compensation / reparation would be between those parties. It is interesting that they were allowed to even comment on me, when they never hired me ... see a pattern"
