This was a much bigger project than we had anticipated & we are so grateful that a friend had told us about Angel Soriano & his team. In every stage of the process, we were 100% satisfied. He submitted a detailed quote to us within a day or two of seeing our space (as promised), our work began shortly after we had approved the budget. They showed up on time on the very first day and every single day after that (and worked and worked!). At the end of the project, he made sure we were satisfied before calling the job done. Although the scope of the project changed completely, he kept us informed of cost changes so there were no surprises when I wrote the final check. I was very happy to have found a contractor that could deal with our extensive mold and water damage issues. We left our house for three days while they sealed the upper levels of our house & removed all of the contaminated materials. When we returned home, our living space was completely clean. Over the few weeks that they were in our house, I had small children running about on the main levels & they were so considerate & tidy - always making sure to steer clear of children, keep our living space free of dust and tools. They couldn't have possibly been easier to work with. Finally, I thought Angel gave very good input as decisions arose in the project. We solicited his advice several times & each time were happy with the result - from painting our fireplace to choosing paint colors & carpet. The end result is just beautiful - they couldn't have done a better job! In the midst of the project, we saw a couple of details that we had wanted changed & he was more than happy to accommodate. We just couldn't ask for more. We hope to use him for other projects & will certainly recommend to our friends.
