Our service has been excellent. Cable and internet rarely have any interruption of service so it is very reliable. When our 2 year deal expired, they were willing to work with us for another 2 years with a different discount deal. Not quite as good as our original deal but better than full price. I just wish that all cable companies had lower overall prices instead of the game of low sign up price and higher later on. When this 2 year deal runs out we will be re-examine our needs & priorities. Compared to other services I have heard about, mid continent seems do be a good provider.

We are limited in our area as to what provider we go through and I have not had any problems with them. After they upgraded they were slow to get to some things, but that is to be expected. We don't have much internet down time since they upgraded. They have been responsive for hookup for both cable TV and internet.
