The Paulus Team is awesome. Jane and her team assisted us in buying a home in SW Minneapolis. We initially connected with Jane through a recommendation from a family member, and when she learned that we were only going to be in town to look for houses for a few days, she completely rearranged her schedule to accommodate us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and we always felt like she had our back throughout the entire experience. She was very prompt in her responses and cheerful whenever we needed to connect with her about anything. Our entire escrow period and closing were completely uneventful, which is just how you would want it. I would highly recommend Jane Paulus.

We met with 4 realtors and we decided on Jane, because she gave us a great marketing presentation and we see her name through out our neighborhood.  Once we signed the contract she became absent.  When contacting her we only heard back from her assistant.  The pictures were terrible and she did not fulfull the marketing plan. Her negotiation skills were very poor.  She was not a trusted advisor.  We asked for a reduction in her fee to make up for the poor experience and not delivering on services promised.  We were never a priority.
