They come out every Spring & Fall for tune ups and cleaning, and any repair work I might need done. I needed my central humidifier part replaced. I specifically wanted to get them into your system, because I think they are a great company. They are a small independent company. I would like more people to be aware of them. They absolutely go out of their way, they remember me when I call them, there are just absolutely fabulous! I have had them do the Spring & Fall tune up for my furnace & air conditioner. I have a central humidifier that they also check. I am thinking of reconsidering my air conditioner, because the upstairs, because the upstairs is not very efficient. I have an older home and, so next Spring I am going to have them add that in. If someone was looking to use GTS HVAC, I would say, there is no better option! Greg comes himself, the owner.

They had one gut that did the installing and the owner came out and got him started and then he came back and checked on it periodically. I was getting a whistling sound where the thermostat was and the owner came out and said he knew what it was. So he went and took off the air return. The vents were too close and when he took the vent off it stopped. He was going to bring me a new vent but he has not brought that to me.
