Greg is fabulous!  I've been using Greg for many years now and have yet to be disappointed.  He is very responsive, totally honest, and does a great job at a very reasonable price!

Greg goes to the store for you to get whatever parts you need.  He charges you by the hour plus the cost of whatever parts he has picked up.  He also charges a nominal trip charge per visit.

Greg has fixed and replaced many, many things for me over the years.  From toilets to sump pumps to water heaters to garage door openers.  He has replaced rotten siding, fixed broken windows, rebuilt part of my rotted fence.  Greg winterizes and summarizes my tractor, motorboat, and snow blowers.  Greg has replaced insulation for me and plugged all the small holes in my basement making my house "mouse free."  He is great at all things electrical, plumbing, mechanical and wood. 

Greg does not carry a cell phone so there are no distractions when he is working for you.  You call his house, leave a message if he's not there, and he will return your call when he gets home.  Greg will work any day of the week and works days/evenings/nights to accommodate your schedule.  Greg has been at my house some times until almost midnight working on a job!

Greg has "saved us" on more than one occasion on short notice.  Once, our sump pump failed and was overflowing.  Another time he replaced our leaking water heater.  He also saved us when we sprung a water leak on the hose running to the refrigerator.  He not only replaced the line but replaced the damaged basement ceiling.  Each time, Greg was at our house very shortly after the call and went right to work and didn't leave until the job was done!

I have used other handymen before but after using Greg, I will not use anyone else.  He is so honest, I will leave the house when he is there and run errands.  A couple of times I have asked him to lock up the house for me when he is done and I then dropped off payment at his home on a later date.
