STARTED FOUR WEEKS LATE FROM START DATE. WHEN CUSTOMER WASN'T THERE, BUILT RAILINGS WRONG, EVEN WHEN THEY HAD A PICTURE OF CUSTOMERS WISHES. COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT DOING THE DECK RAILING.
