Butch is an outstanding real estate agent. He is committed, knowledgeable, and professional. We worked with him as our buyer's agent. He is very experienced and was consistently honest with his assessments, even when doing so meant we would keep looking and he would not make a quick deal.
We eventually bought a home that needed some work. He offered to help make sure the work turned out well, and followed through on that promise, even after the sale had already been completed.
Overall his approach was to treat us like longtime return clients even when it was our first purchase, and as a result we have worked with him again, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.
