The business part of the transaction was very professional.
When we picked up the truck everything seemed to go OK.
Later when we came back for the trailer, we were left to our own to hook up the trailer and the lights. We finally had to go into the office and ask someone to help us with the hook up.
We asked for a few furniture blankets for the furniture. We were given a pile of blankets just thrown in the truck in a pile.
The 800 number kept insisting that we were going to return the truck and trailer to Missoula, rather than Kalispell., as we had requested. We actually had to contact the carrier In Kalispell to make sure we could bring them to Kalispell. We were told there would not be a problem. Returning the items to Missoula would have put about 340 more miles on our trip.
The Kalispell provider told us he would charge us if we did not fold the blankets in the truck. We did this, but questioned why we received them in a pile at the pickup place.

I reserved the truck online and the experience was good. They show a variety of sizes and it shows you what the prices are so you make your choices online and determine when and where you want to pick it up. That was all very easy and everything went smoothly. When we went to pick up the truck everything was available as we reserved it. The truck we rented had unlimited miles and it came with a full tank of gas; we had to return it filled up. The price was for two days and included a moving dolly.
