Bill Lundberg

Bill is a rare jack-of-all trades when it comes to home remodeling.  We have hired Bill several times over the past few years and his work has always been top notch.  Our most recent project involved tearing off and replacing the siding on our house.  We had Bill install James J. Hardie fiber cement lap siding.  He had the tools and experience to do it well and efficiently.  Plus, he is willing to have me help on the job, which reduces the final cost considerably.  The end result is beautiful.  
Three years ago, when we wanted to add living space in the basement we called on Bill.  He converted an old, concrete block walled and open ceilinged space into a suite that includes a bedroom (easily converted to a family room), a walk-in closet, bathroom, and added pantry storage space, all with a flat drywall ceiling with a knock-down plaster texture.  He also replaced all the basement windows and added an egress window.  Again, the result is a beautiful, remarkable, make-over.
We have also had small jobs for Bill, including window and door replacements and other home repairs.
