Roof Ice and Snow Removal
i spoke with Ron, 612-715-1755, yesterday and he had a cancellation today so he came out and did the work. it was much more than he expected, and it took over 6 hours. He was responsive on the phone, and did everything he said he would. When I came home from work the roof was clear, and the snow had been moved away from the base of the house so it would not seep in when it melts. The snow was over a foot deep on the roof, and the ice dams were 3 feet thick. Ron discussed with me the steps I need to take before next winter to fix the insulation and ventilation of my roof so I don't end up with ice dams again. The work was done well, quickly, and his communication was wonderful. Would totally work with this business again for home repair. I think they are professional and fair, and were great to work with.
