1. He set up the inspector who did not tell the truth and put me in a house that is really a cabin with numerous problems - roof issue, chimney problems, electrical issues, degraded windows. When I complained said he would give money back but could not remember my address. 2. He did not advise I have a property survey done when there were possible property line issues. After living in property identified property line issues and it will cost me thousands of dollars to resolve. He also advised to decline the arbitration. He had me sign a document and did not give me a copy and information was added afterwords. Document was never given to me or shown at closing. 3. Set me up with title insurance that is now bankrupt so cannot claim on issues. Not a trustworthy agent - would never use again.
