Stryhn & Kidder LLC

Brendon, the president of Stryhn and Kidder, personally did all framing which was done quickly then started to sub contract out and not meet deadlines and had many excuses. Work on the basement was complete but no permits were closed out (I stumbled upon that when I called the city randomly one day to check) when he promised they were. When I asked for lien waivers and receipts, I was told all subs were paid off and the waivers were in the mail. Shortly after, I tried calling and emailing and all phones were shut off and emails bounced back. Tonight (4/19/10) the tile guy stopped by asking if I knew where Brendon was because he was not paid and given the run around. I provided materials for tiling and bought toilet, sink, faucets, etc. Seemed very trustworthy while dealing with them and at the end got no customer service and all assistants phone numbers are turned off as well. He is just gone without a trace. Working with Stryhn and Kidder involved dealing with lie after life. I can't get anyone to call me back from the company but his partner still works there. I have paid on my end but the subs have not been paid. Do NOT use Stryhn and Kidder for any needs.
