Doug showed up at my home early, which was fine and began installing the window panes. Unfortunately, he found out the first pane he was installing was 1/8" too big and wouldn't fit the opening size without risking breakage. So, I contacted the manufacturer and he spoke to them about the issue and the manufacturer would send me another pane with different dimensions. Doug then installed the other pane of glass without any issues. Doug returned a few weeks later to install the new pane that was received from the manufacturer and it fit just fine. For most part, Doug did a very good installing the window panes and I would use him again. The only minor issues I had was that he wasn't quick to respond calls, but did respond in a reasonable time; he also doesn't have a website (that I could find). The other item was that there was a minor caulking issue where the second pane was installed and the caulk appeared to smear on the glass more than I expected.
Description of Work: Installed 2 panes of glass, which were replaced under warranty due to seal failure. He also caulked another window pane due to some minor leaking.
