The member sent a request to our company, along with 2 other contractors via HomeAdvisor (formerly ServiceMagic), stating what he was looking to have completed, followed by, "this is not worth the effort to contact you. You better be cheap amd very good" > End Quote. After meeting with the member at his home, only once, and receiving an E-mail asking for 3 separate quotes, our schedule did not permit us to provide the member with the quotations as quickly as he would have liked. We were working with our suppliers to provide him with the most competitive rate, for the products he was asking to have installed.
