Our experience with Brian Posch was top-notch from start to finish. Brian was responsive to our first inquiry, listened carefully to what we wanted and gave us a fair quote. He steered us toward a great designer, then when it was time for construction, he supervised the project closely the whole way. Our project turned out beautiful (we get lots of compliments), and we feel confident that we got full value per the quality of the work.  Brian is a good communicator and a great builder. He has high standards for the work looking good and holding up over time. What more can you ask for?

Brian Posch brought a high level of creative thinking in both the design process and utilizing best practices to minimize waste. Both projects were executed in a timely and well-organized fashion with very high professional standards in both workmanship and manner of communication. From the design phase to the final finishing, all aspects of the work was first rate. The financial side of Posch Builders was also well managed, beginning with a very detailed proposal of all the work that was to be done and an itemized accounting of the costs. All financial aspects were executed with utmost professionalism and courtesy.

Brian Posch kept a close eye on each phase of both projects, thereby facilitating that the respective time lines would be met. This was somewhat challenging, as we were living out of state during the work. However, because of his acute eye for detail, his preference for high end materials, the mastery of his subcontractors, and the integrity of all the people in his company, we were never concerned about the outcome. We were confident it would be exceptional . . . and it is.

Two years ago, we hired Posch Builders to remodel our kitchen.  We had such a great experience that we didn't hesitate to call again for our next project. We finished our basement and a bathroom and it went off without a hitch.  Brian is very thorough and detail oriented and every project has been carefully thought out.  All details are discussed and clearly documented BEFORE the project is started, which allows the project to execute smoothly.  Of course, there are always unknowns that come up and when they do, Brian is on top of it and figuring out solutions.  He communicates very well with both client and sub-contractors so the vision is always clear.  The project is finished and we are very happy with the results.  Posch Builders is a trustworthy company and run very well.  I always felt comfortable knowing what was happening each day and who was going to be in my house.   We worked with a different company prior to our project two years ago and we didn't have a good feeling - so we stopped during the planning process and ended up hiring Posch Builders.  I am SO GLAD that I listened to my gut - peace of mind is a great thing to have when working with a contractor.  Thanks Brian and great job!

cWe hired Posch Builders to help us create a bathroom in our basement and remodel a full bath on our upper level.
We were reluctant to do both, nervous about the cost, the time involved, the interruptions it would bring to our daily routine.
We had to completely gut our old 1920's bathroom and update everything within it.
Which is also our bathroom with the most traffic.
But we have to say, Posch Builders made it virtually painless!!!
I am in awe of how seamless it was to work with Brian Posch and his subcontractors.
They were timely, efficient, helped us stick to our budget and provided us the most beautiful bathrooms!!!

We started our project with a bidding process.  Brian had a detailed plan and actually walked us through many things that we didn't think to include in the process.  After we chose his company, he talked us through our project and gave us several options on how to best continue.  He personally took us to see other projects he had done so we could see products and get ideas/insight.  He and his team did an EXCELLENT job of not only shaping our room into something FANTASTIC, but he kept within our budget and provided unbelievable customer support and service.  He listened to what we wanted and made realistic suggestions to make an ok space great.  He was always available to answer questions and talk about the project.  His contractors were also wonderful--polite and respectful of our living spaces during construction.  We LOVE our final outcome and would HIGHLY recommend Posch Builders to anyone looking for a remodel or new structure like ours.  Thank you, Brian!  I have a new favorite room in our house!!  A+++!

Everything with Posch Builders exceeded our expectations!   Brian Posch is extremely professional, honest, and friendly.  We connected with him right away.  His bid was very thorough and complete, accounting and allotting for everything.  There were no surprise costs or hidden fees, and he budgeted for very reasonable allowances for lighting, fixtures, etc.  We never felt like we had to "skimp" on anything to make it fit into the budget.  
And not only did he deliver all of the work on budget, but also on time!   Brian is a great communicator, giving us daily updates on the status of the project, our budget, and the timeline.  He is so easy to work with - very flexible with our timeline and adjusting things accordingly.
In addition, the craftmanship and professionalism displayed by Brian and all of his subs was outstanding.  Their skills and level of detail is impressive and we always felt comfortable with them in our home.  We couldn't be happier with the finished product - looks like a brand new home!
And on more than one occasion, Brian Posch went well above the call of duty.  He offered to put us up in a hotel one night so the paint fumes wouldn't bother our children.   And he would often stop by at the end of the day to clean up, vacuum dust, etc.
We couldn't be happier with our choice of Posch Builders.  We've happily referred Brian to many of our friends and they have been equally pleased with his level of service. 

Brian was very punctual and responsive during the entire process.  He listened very well to our needs and formulated excellent plans with his design staff and given our style preferences, and made excellent recommendations on finish.  All contract details were in order.  Brian was very meticulous on communicating change orders and effect on contract.  I strongly recommend Posch Builders!

Friends recommended Brian Posch and Posch Builders to us - and we're here to do the same!  From beginning to end, we were pleased and impressed with our interactions with Brian.  We met several times with Brian and his designer prior to the start of our project and it was evident he was truly listening to what we wanted and being mindful of our budget.  We moved out of our home for the duration of our project, and when our temporary housing became available a few weeks earlier than expected, Brian immediately adjusted our project's schedule to begin as quickly as possible.  We appreciated the weekly emails outlining the projects for the week, as well as where we were coming in on the budget.  He was always accessible via phone or email and responded promptly to any questions or concerns we may have had.  All of the contractors working with him were professional and courteous.  The work was extremely well done - close to perfection.  Brian and his workers were always on time and left the work site very tidy at the end of the day.  The professional cleaning of the house at the end of the project was a nice touch and a welcoming way to move back into our beautiful "new" home!  It is rare when working with a builder or re-modeler to have the project end on the day promised and come in on budget - but that was our experience with Posch Builders and we absolutely love the work - the finished product was better than we ever imagined possible!

Working with Posch Builders was a fantastic experience! The entire project ran smoothly, stayed within budget, finished on time and really couldn't have gone any better. We wanted to update our kitchen and it was our first home remodelling project. We felt very comfortable with Brian, Owner of Posch Builders. I found him on Angie's List and it's true what people say - his communication is outstanding. He remembered every detail of our project and always followed up when he said he would. Brian is very detail oriented and very patient. He took the time to explain everything that was being done. We were very impressed with the sub-contractors that were used as well. Everyone was very professional, courteous and best of all, clean! In the midst of the planning stage, we had our first baby. Brian was very flexible and respectful of our time. I was a little worried about having an infant in the house during construction, but was pleased to come home to a clean kitchen each night. There was very little dust and Brian did his best to schedule things so that we would always have a functioning kitchen, which we did. He went above and beyond, even doing extra little things like replacing the hinges on one of our existing cupboard doors that didn't close tightly. Our project took just over two weeks and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Posch Builders to anyone for any project, I cannot say enough good things about the company. They do it all, big or small. We will absolutely be using them again in the future. Thanks Brian!

We had wanted to finish our basement for several years. Finding a contractor can be a daunting task. We didn’t want someone who would do a “good enough” job. We wanted someone who possessed artistic vision, industry know-how, business acumen, and years of experience, and with a portfolio to prove it. We found that with Posch Builders. From the outset, Brian’s communication during the bidding process and throughout was outstanding. The bid was very thorough, down to the fixtures that would be used. We were very happy that Brian’s allowances for carpeting and other items were not stingy. It was nice to work with someone who was honest from the beginning. We enjoyed knowing throughout the process where the numbers where. We didn’t deviate too much from the initial bid, but we had some changes with closet shelving and such, and no adjustments were made without our prior consent. We always knew what sub-contractors were coming or going and where we were at in the process. Brian demands that every square inch of work is done professionally and with quality craftsmanship. The job site was always kept very neat and tidy. The timeline was adhered to as much as possible. Brian always answered all the questions and concerns we had in a very timely manner. We are ecstatic over how beautiful the project turned out, and can’t wait to begin entertaining our friends and family in this new space. The home theater, bathroom, guest bedroom/toy room and storage/exercise room all turned out wonderfully. We could not have dreamed it would it would turn out this great! You can tell Brian really likes what he does. We always like to work with people who have a passion for what they do, because it shows in their work. We would definitely hire Brian again. Posch Builders gets an A+ from us!

I was pleasantly surprised from the begining. The contractor mapped out the plan in detail and assisted in selecting all the key materials for the project. This included plumbing fixtures, marble tile, and heavy glass shower door. The estimate was presented in a timely fashion and we discussed together each piece of the estimate until it was fully understood. All steps included in the project were called out. Once the project began, the workers showed up on time and completed what they said would be completed within each day. The worksite was kept clean and we did not have any interuptions to our normal lives during the project. The timeline was adhered to overall. The quality of work exceeded expectation. There were no errors or mistakes that the crew needed to be called back for. I was particularly impressed with the detailed work on the marble, custom cabinets, and other woodwork. All aspects of the job were handled professionally. At the conclusion of the project I was happy to see that there was no need to revert from the original estimate.

While we had a general plan in place, Brian and his team came in and did a full estimate on our project. By doing this, he provided what was by far the most detailed and complete estimate for our project. He also was able to identify a few items that the other biddors had missed. These issues then identified a couple weaknesses/omissions from our plan that we felt important. Additionally, the inclusion of Nathan Stanley, well, was the crown jewel of the project. His skills as a woodworker/master craftsman are on display, and Brian is the reason this is so. During the construction process, the Posch team was courteous, timely, and very professional. It was no problem having them in our house for 5-6 months. They completed the sections of the project on time, and we were (and are) very happy with their work. Anytime I had a minor issue with any detail, Brian was on top of it, and took care of it quickly. In my opinion, Brian's biggest strength is his communication skills. He would tell you what was going to happen on a weekly basis as an overview, and if needed, on a daily basis as items and/or sections were completed. Ultimately, the completion of the project came, and it was only a week or so over the expected time. Due to the scope of the project, I found that to be quite acceptable. Any minor issues that have popped up since, (like a faulty like fixture, a minor door adjustment) was taken care of quickly. The launch party was FANTASTIC, and drew many favorable comments from all that attended. Brian asked if he could show our house during the remodelers showcase, and we readily allowed him to do so. Very well done.
