Some of the worst service I've ever seen in a licensed tradesman. The outlet was improperly installed into our vinyl siding. No sealant was put between the box and the vinyl. The box was screwed in THROUGH the vinyl siding which caused the siding to deform permanently. Now it needs to be replaced. Also, the outlet failed the first time it was used. After disassembling the mess, I discovered that the way it was installed would, and did, let in water. The first time I used it, it popped, sparked, and flashed... Will never use O'Neill again. Not even because of the poor work they did, but more so because of the poor customer service. They basically wasted my time, asked me for pictures, kept repeating their warranty time length, and then stopped responding to me. They basically refused to fix their mistake.

Problem solved.

He arrived on time and got right to work. He was polite and professional. He explained what needed to be done to accomplish the job and made sure I understood what was being done and why. He cleaned up after himself and put the furniture back as it was when he arrived. I would definitely use O'neils for any future electrical work!

My experience with O'neil electric was positive. They were professional to work with. They were knowledgeable; I felt confident they were leaving my home with my electric up to code and proper function. They asked questions when required from me, they didn't assume they knew what I wanted. I appreciate good contractors and I felt they were high on the scale of professionalism.

On time when given a short window of time to bid and complete work, bid came in under others. All work passed inspection. Friendly, professional, even kept an eye on our dog for us while we were at work :)
