We were very optimist about her arrival. Where credit is due, we are very satisfied with the layout of the rec room. She chose the same 2 colors for every room, with very little variations. That was too much of the same. We felt like she pushed her products too much. We feel she lacked a lot of creativity and artistry. She is a very nice person, but we just did not like a vast majority of her ideas. A designer needs to know and work with a customer's tastes. We were very open and receptive to possibilities. Her follow up only consisted of black and white copies of product she sells. And you need to see color. She did not include a lot of elements in the decor. In other rooms she just discussed the 2 colors, and that was it. She neglected to send us one sample we particularly wanted. In retrospect it was all very dissapointing. The very few products she did recommend, that she sells, was a glass coffee table, a recreation room used mostly by teens, and coast rack would not fit.
