MICK LYNSKEY

Very well. I had never bought a home before and my sister and I started out just looking for listings on our own. Soon we came across Mick Lynskey who was the selling agent at one of the properties we looked at. We had a good rapport with him right away and asked him to be our buying agent. Mick did all the searching for listings for us, going back repeatedly with our new specifications. He set up appointments at our convenience and was always friendly and informative when we got together. He was able to provide a lot of information about things that we had never even considered. We ended up buying our town home with little fuss and in only a few months. I believe that a person definitely needs a real estate agent to help with the buying and selling process and Mick Lynskey certainly made our experience go smoothly. We paid nothing other than the standard real estate commission which was paid by the seller.
