They really did a good job. We had used them before the last service and they are really good for ceiling fan. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely use them in the future.

Punctual and worked very quickly. The price was extremely reasonable. They were able to locate wiring in our old house for the new installation with minimal disruption. They patched the holes when they were done. My only complaint was that they said they would come back to sand down the area where they patched, but nobody ever did. But the fan installation itself was very well done. Also, 6 months later one of the fans was not working properly (the light would not work), and they came back and fixed it and did not charge us.

All work was done very well. Very friendly guy, very good advice, and helped us choose and purchase a good fan. Picked it up for us from the store and installed it.

Responded to my call immediately and came out four working days after call. Installed board in fan 14' up in approximately 1/2 hr. Fan worked after installation of new board. Note electronics board was sent out by Casablanca to replace failed board, McClish was referred by Fan Man Plymouth, where fan was purchased Aug.'04.

Warren gave me an estimate on installing a ceiling fan and he stuck to it. I can't really remember exactly how much he charged, but I think it was close to $100.00. He came when he said he would and quickly installed the fan. He cleaned up after himself and went over his suggestions for using the fan. I was pleased with the job that he did.

WARREN WAS HONEST AND REALISTIC ABOUT WHEN HE COULD COME OUT TO DO AN FREE ESTIMATE. WHEN HE WAS ABLE TO COME HE WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. HE WAS $100 LOWER PER FAN SO I WENT WITH HIM. WARREN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS CLEAR ABOUT THE DATE AND TIME HE WOULD COME OUT. HE WORKED WITH ME ABOUT HAVING THE CORRECT ADDITIONAL PARTS ON HAND. THE WORK TOOK HIM A LITTLE LONGER THAN HE ANTICIPATED BUT HE STAYED TO THE END AND DID A GREAT JOB AND THERE WAS NOT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE WILL BE DOING ADDITIONAL WORK FOR ME SOON. I WAS AMAZED THAT HE WOULD COME ALL THE WAY FROM STILLWATER TO CHANHASSEN TO DO THE WORK. BUT HE SAID THAT WAS OKAY.
