It was fine, it looks beautiful. They have a professional installation service. However, they did a poor job of getting ready and dropping off all the required materials on my driveway. The first time they dropped off, they didn't take a bunch of stuff and the job was delayed by a day. That was quite upsetting for me.

Since we were getting a new kitchen due to water damage from a leaky roof, Sam agreed we did not want particle board cabinets again. She was patient while we compared styles and different wood from different companies. Based on what we were looking for the inside of the cabinets, she was able to recommend what would work best for us. We were able to take a door sample home along with countertop samples. After the Lowe's cabinet installer came and measured, we made out a floor plan. The cabinets arrived on time, but they sat in the house until the kitchen was ready for them to be installed.
Sam also helped us pick out the countertops. We went through and quot;oodlesand quot; of samples and took several home with us. She was very patient as we tried to envision what everything would look like when finished.
The cabinets are beautiful inside and out. [we went with a natural hickory]. We love the and quot;bells and whistlesand quot; of the inner workings of the cabinets. The countertops help tie everything together.

There were about 20 people. They were fabulous. I had been to other places, and they were helpful, but Lowe's actually kept following up. That's why I used them even though they were not cheaper than the others. It was probably a little higher, but they were conscientious and provided good customer service. It was about a three-month process to get things measured and done. I was really impressed with them.
