We thought we might have a roof leak around the chimney. The roof was fine, and the spots we saw on our ceiling were caused by condensation. Charlie was great in explaining how this happened (because of the heavy snow/late spring cold). Very professional guy - we'd absolutely go to him for another repair or project.

Excellent workmanship, they used quality lumber and fasteners, workers were very conscientious, offered alternative approaches for repair, did what they said they were going to do and a bit more without increasing costs. Very easy to work with.

Charlie Drake was very prompt to respond to our inquiry and provided two different solutions to resolve our problem - raising up a sunroom and deck that was sinking as a result of previously incorrectly installed footings and support polls. We had multiple meetings and every time Drake and his business partner would arrive right on time and provide answers to many questions we had in the process of planning the construction. During discussion they demonstrated professionalism and know-how and were very reasonable with quotes comparing to similar solutions by other providers. Unfortunately by the time we made up our mind, Charlie's company was too busy with other projects and we'd have to wait over winter to start ours. As much as we wanted to go ahead with Lakeland contractors, after much deliberation, my wife and I decided to go with another contractor, as we were worried that the structure may not survive winter without repair. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lakeland Contractors to anybody who needs a contractor who is very approachable, reasonable in pricing and most importantly knowledgeable about their trade.

Went great from start to finish. Charlie was very thorough and honest from the get go. Answered all my questions. They do other work as well, so now they are starting my basement!

I have had this company do a lot of work at my house. they always come in as the lowest bid and do high quality work. I've had them finish our unfinished basement, they finished a unfinished bathroom, they updated two bathrooms, they've installed carpet and trim and added extra insulation to out attic. any time i need anything done around my house, i call these guys!! they are very fast with their response and get the bids back quick. I've enjoyed working with them and will continue to use them in the future.
