Lakeland did a great job on our roof project. If I could rate them with more than 5 stars I would - they really stood out for clear communication, friendly and respectful customer service, and timely work. The price was reasonable and the work was done with no surprises! Considering we have a very old house, that is a big plus! I have already referred them to other neighbors.

They did the work they said they would do and charged me for the job that they said they would in the estimate.

The follow through was fantastic. The best contractor I have ever worked with!

Eric (the business owner) personally supervised the project, kept in communication throughout, and ensured that everything was done as promised, and on schedule. Cleanup around the house was very thorough. Highly recommended.

My experience with Lakeland Contractors was overall really pleasant! Eric was really helpful in answering my questions and giving an honest quote for a new roof. He did an inspection before we signed off to ensure there wouldn't be any surprises. The workers started a little early, but since that week had been in the 90s I couldn't really blame them for wanting to start when there was cool air. They finished up and even did a little extra to make sure that the job was done right. My only hiccup during the process was figuring out financing. We altered the amount of financing a couple of times because we didn't leave enough room over the quote for incidentals and lender fees. But that was all sorted out quickly and smoothly. I'm very happy with my new roof!

The project was successfully completed ahead of the winter weather despite short notice. The results look great. The site was cleaned thoroughly and all debris removed. All at considerably less than quoted by the competition, who scrambled to meet their estimate. Could not be happier with the results.

Wish we would have contacted them when we first had the damage to our house from an ice dam. First we had them re roof our home. Then when you consider everything that has happened this year, pandemic, riots only blocks from our home and getting very little help from our insurance. We could not be happier with the outcome. Our room is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Lakeland for roofing or remodeling.

I worked with Charlie on a roof tear-off and installation. He was very friendly and professional. He communicated very well what needed to be done, why and what it would cost. He was very prompt in returning calls and with follow-up. I was out of town when the work was done but when i returned the roof looked great and the yard was cleaned up and free of debris. The job was completed right on budget. I would happily recommend and use Lakeland

This was a non-insurance related project and I felt the price was reasonable. Charlie and Erik did a great job communicating expectations and managing the project. Roofing team showed up early and completed the roof removal and install in one day. The team worked diligently throughout the day, taking a break for lunch, and finished up around 8 PM. In addition to the workmanship and work ethic, I was most impressed with their clean up effort. They clean their work areas, swept the driveway, and went around the house at least a dozen times with a magnetic device to pick up errant nails that had fallen during the process. A-! in my book and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Charlie was at the job site in the morning, mid-day, and for final walkdown. His crew has an experienced foreman that coordinated up to 12 individuals working on the roof at one time and they worked well together. The job was performed as quoted, and the material delivered one day, and installed on the next working day.

What a great company! They responded to our need of a new roof late in the year after another company failed to show up. The crew was courteous and cleaned up every night before leaving for the day. They worked on the weekend to finish the job. We are unable to actually see the roof because it is a 3 story home but a neighbor contributed her comment of how pretty it looks and what a perfect job they had done. All we can say is THANK YOU. We would recommend Charlie to anyone.

Charlie was very professional , the new roof got installed and new gutters followed right after to complete the job . All work got done in a short amount of time , very happy overall .

The crew that came to do the roof was extremely competent, well mannered, friendly and quick. Every person working knew their role and just got to it in a speedy and efficient manner. Cleanup was about as thorough as can be expected for such a messy job. Charlie, the owner of Lakeland contractors, was upfront with the pricing and visited the job site multiple times throughout the day to see that everyone was on track and doing a good job.

Did an excellent job left the job site very clean. Very satisfied would definitely use them again.
