The subcontractors he used and their work was amazing. He was supposed to provide me with receipts for the time and materials throughout the job but he kept delaying until the end of the job. I finally got the receipts in August 2014 and it turns out he owes me $17,000 as I over paid him. He is very disorganized and is very poor the accounting needed for a renovation. The scheduling was also an issue and did not keep the job on schedule. I have done 8 other renovations and have never had an issue with a contractor. At first he was responsive and then as some of these issues arose that also became an issue.

I am really pleased with the roof and the siding. I like the porch so far, but I still have some things to do there. I can always contact him during the day on his cell phone. He is very likeable and he tries really hard to please.
