Description of Work: Ordered a Sony TV to be mounted on the wall so no wires would be hanging from it, along with the cable box, Sony DVD player, wall shelf, and speakers. The installer showed up on time, did all the work, made sure the cable was connected properly. Fantastic job.

 + -1 moreWe have long been movie-buffs and have spent a good deal of money for quality equipment to record and play back broadcast- and satellite-aired programming. The televisions and recorders are decades old, but we haven't yet been able to find any newer equipment which performs as well or better than what is now and quot;legacyand quot; equipment. When we called Johnny's TV to ask about brands they sell and repairs they are able to make, they took the call, asked the right questions, researched the possible solutions, and then called back to tell us what could be done. They did this even knowing that we are located outside their normal word-distances, and even provided solutions which would not result in new business for them. In an age where big-box retailers are ill-prepared to respond to people who need good information, Johnny's TV shines.
Description of Work: Provided advice and solution for a difficult DVD recording and television by phone, and took time to explain options and work-arounds as a potential solution and did not charge me for their efforts. They even recommended the no-charge work-around.

Description of Work: I use Johnny's TV & Movies for all kinds of electronic repair like installing sound systems. They repaired the remote of my television the last time I called them.
