Mark was very responsive from time of call to appointment - within a day or two and the job was completed. He arrived as scheduled and proceeded to take care of the inside of the home from top to bottom including windows and crawl space. Mark then thoroughly and completely sprayed the outside. Double barrier to annoying pests! He explained what he was using (chemical treatment) and how it works. Mark is very conscientious and considerate - a pleasure to work with! I totally dislike bugs of every kind. Mark has been here several times. I will have him back again and would highly recommend him to anyone with an existing insect problem or as preventative treatment.

Mark was super friendly and knowledgeable.
I was extremely worried about my bed bug issue at a rental property I own and it would get out of control.
Mark came out immediately, explained what would happen, what the residents would need to do and took care of the bed bugs.
We
just did a check 1 month out and they were all gone! He also gave the
residents his card so they could contact them directly which I thought
was great for me to not be the middle man.
I am now a loyal customer.
