They came when they said they would! They charged $10 less then everyone else's minimum charge. I had two furnaces with the same problem... I'm embarrassed to say that it was a simple cleaning solution that I could have done myself. They initially charged me for both furnaces (though the 2nd one was at a nice discount), After I talked to the owner, they refunded me the amount of the 2nd furnace-- That's great customer service!

All around a great job. The only thing that I could be negative about, is just a little dust/dirt in my basement. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had a carbon monoxide detector that disappeared after the repair. One of the repair man broke the TV of the person who lives in the basement (I hope I am still going to get a refund for repairing the TV). I asked to have a budget for payment, the person(Scott the owner) agreed and accepted to divid the payment into times but I saw my credit card being debited both payments at the same time (the second payment of $535 was supposed to wait another month and be applied at end of January).

Did not do everything they said they would. Did not empty chimney, they just brushed it and let it fall to the bottom. Also they did not clean or even look at stove which they said they would

The original quote Allied gave was very competitive. The service was good. But was disappointed when their employee tried to sell my wife extra services, such as cleaning the hot water heater duct.

There was only one thing I wasn't satisfied with. I was having my ducts and furnace cleaned and based upon the technicians recommendation, I had them add furnace chimney cleaning to my order. I realized after they left that they had not checked off chimney cleaning on the label they put on the furnace. I called the company and they told me that if I had paid for it, it was done. I am concerned that the chimney wasn't cleaned, but I have no way of knowing for sure.
