Fresh Start Builders is a fifth-generation, family-owned remodeling company specializing in kitchen and bath remodels, as well as window replacement and general remodeling services. We are members of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and accredited members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Additionally, we are EPA certified for lead remodeling. FSB partners with a regular group of certified and licensed subcontractors for all trades, subs who have the same high standards for quality and jobsite cleanliness that we do. Our subcontractors, like us, carry liability and work comp insurance. The remodeling process starts with a visit from FSB owners Todd Hansen and Eric Hansen, who is a certified kitchen & bath designer through NKBA. We discuss your ideas and make suggestions, take measurements and photographs, and respond within several days with a preliminary price range for the project you're considering. Further refinements to the project scope and detailing are accompanied by more exact pricing, and a detailed contract precedes the start of any work. On the project, Todd and Eric will be managing the permit, materials and subcontractors, as well as performing site protection, demolition, framing and finish carpentry.
