Pat was hands down the best handyman I've ever worked with. And I'll never work with another one if Pat is available to help. And his skill set is so broad. I am submitting this report for him under 3 categories, handyman, interior and exterior painting, but honestly his work covered much more than those 3 areas. I was referred to him through another handyman on Angie's list, who after looking at my list of needs, determined he did not have enough time to complete it according to my timeline. After reviewing the list via email, Pat came by to look at the house and projects. He was on time, cordial, professional, and appeared confident he could handle all the jobs. He started the following week. He impressed me on many levels. Very competent, resourceful, responsible, courteous, and responsive. He always cleaned up after his work, and he took care of many little details that I had not even thought of. And he was very attentive to my budget with regards to how much time and effort to put into each job. Above all, what really stood out during all his time working on my home (he probably spent a good 8-10 days there) was his work ethic. He is quick, correct and efficient and he just keeps working. He's communicative, but he's not a talker. My house looks fantastic, and I owe it largely to his great work.
