Our very old kitchen had two ceilings, tons of insulation, and some soffits running around the perimeter. Rick took all of it out. The lowest ceiling ended up being plaster (originally thought it was drywall), which made the job a considerably bigger. While this did result in a higher bill than I anticipated, Rick didn't charge me the same full rate he had estimated for the upper plaster ceiling which I appreciated. I was also impressed by how well he kept dust out of the rest of our home, and how well he cleaned up when it was done.

Rick did two projects for us. He showed up when he said he would and he stayed until he met his deadline. I have hired him twice and would have him back in a heartbeat.

We had basement walls made of glazed tile brick which were decorative but not structural and old tile floors. They took down all the tile walls, back to the cinder blocks, and scraped up all the old flooring down to the concrete. They did excellent work. Rick, the owner, is very professional and responsive. He got the bid back to me the same day we met to have him look at the job. When I emailed him with a question he got right back to me. He kept me updated on everything from start times, to the time the dumpster would arrive, to how the work was progressing. His team took many, many thousands of pounds of tile brick out of our basement and did a thorough, careful job, including clean up. It took a week to remove the massive amount of material. The basement was completely clean when they were done and ready for the next phase of our remodel.
