That turned out good. One electrician came out and it took him about an hour. He made a few recommendations.

It went great.  Frank pays attention to detail and does his work with care.  There might be others out there that work faster, but he bid the job competitively and does good work.  His feedback and knowledge was great.  He is very straight forward and upfront which might rub some people the wrong way, but I liked his honest feedback and I always knew about what any extra work would cost.  He helped us get our new house in shape and it made for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Mr Countryman was on time, thorough, very polite, and didn't try to sell me anything! Checked everything thoroughly and also looked at my electrical box. Reassured me that all was in good order and gave me advice about what to look for.

He gave me some good advice. We did it because we had some concerns. He was able to talk us through it and help us understand where we are and that there wasn't anything that needed to be done.

Frank was confused and showed up 2 hours later....he did an excellent job.  Will use him again soon.

He ran wires from upstairs bathroom to basement panel. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job helping explain things and giving very good tips to help my remodeling project run smoother. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a really really dirty job of crawling up into the attic on a ladder and replacing a dysfunctional old bathroom exhaust fan and duct. Frank did it and still had a smile at the end of the day. I also talked with his lovely wife over the phone and she was very helpful too. I am very thankful for the job he did.

We had lost power in two of our bathroom wall sockets.  I called on Friday and he came on Saturday without charging me extra.  Found the problem and replaced the switch.

We had some work done previously by a different electrician and he cut a wire so the lights didn't work. Frank came out the day we called him and took a look and told us what would be needed. He ended up having to do a lot of rewiring and did a great job. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use him again.

I used them a few years ago. He was a very nice guy.  He followed through. He was punctual. I was very pleased with his work. He was an electrician. I would give him top marks across the board.

He is a good union contractor. He worked at a good pace and had good work quality. We are still getting used to the new outlets and one switch that he installed was used because that is what he had in his truck. We are currently working with him to get a new switch. He is a good contractor and we will use him again in the future.

He is really good, very responsive and does excellent work. I've used him numerous times.

This project is quite difficult - requiring wires to be fished through existing plaster walls on four levels (basement to third floor living space). We've been working with Frank over a period of five years to upgrade areas in stages. He's always responsive, listens to our needs/ideas and then collaborates with us to achieve the most efficient, most affordable, and least destructive wiring route. His philosophy is similar to ours - try to avoid gutting walls where possible. Frank is a master at snaking wires, and is pragmatic about what can and can't be successful. We'd highly recommend him.

We have had good luck with them. They are reasonable, honest and on time. They are very easy to work with and we had no problems at all with the quality of work for a number of things he has done for us.

The man was here on time. We had purchased the lights ourselves and he installed them where they were supposed to be. He took his shoes off when he got here and placed tarps around in the bedrooms to cover everything. He also cleaned up very well after himself. He kept us informed along the way and let us know when he would back whenever he left.

Their price was a little high. We wanted an estimate for a second job, but after multiple attempts to contact him, we ran into him and he said he would come on Monday. He never showed, never called. We used someone else for that project.

Very well. Frank Countryman runs a small company, and is very professional. The day before the work was to start, he called to say the forecast was for thunderstorms, and it's not safe to be on the roof working with steel conduit in that kind of weather. I totally understand, and we scheduled the work for a few days later. Frank arrived on time, and did the first part of the job. On the 2nd day, Frank discovered a back-fed wire going into my circuit breaker box. Although it wasn't in the original bid, Frank spent over an hour trying to trace it, and didn't charge me for it. It turned out this back-fed wire was redundant, and didn't affect any of the outlets in my house, so we left it unconnected. I did give Frank a nice tip for all his extra work.
