After moving into this 8 year old house, I noticed that one of the French style patio doors were not operating properly. The latch was was scraping against the jam, there was a loud squeak every time we opened and closed it and even after closing, there was a breeze underneath. I called Anderson directly and they gave me this company's name for someone to service their equipment. I called in the middle of December and they told me that it would be a couple of weeks. Since this was not an emergency, I asked to be put on the schedule. On the day that the technician (Brad), was to arrive, he called to let me know that he was running about 10 minutes late. True to his word, he showed up, and went right to work on the door. He not only fixed that door, but made a necessary adjustment to another one, reviewed proper procedures on taking care of and adjusting the doors, and also reviewed some details about accessories that I might want to look for, next time I was on Anderson's web site. Brad was extremely professional, thorough, and friendly, and I will not be hesitant to use him again.
Description of Work: Had 2 Anderson patio doors adjusted so that there was a better seal against the cold. Also had instructions provided on caring for Anderson doors and windows.
