Upon calling, I was told I could bring my laptop right in. They had a new hard disk in stock and said they could have it back to me the very same day. It actually pushed into the next day but that was due to the data transfer taking longer than expected on my failing hard disk. They called me late afternoon to fully inform me of the delay and why and said they will be on it first thing the next morning. All was done perfectly and I picked up my laptop the next day. Prompt, courteous, fair prices. The manufacturer of the laptop wanted $300 just for the replacement hard drive. COMPUTER REPAIR & SVC's price not only included the cost of the new replacement hard drive but a full data transfer and labor.
