"What the Gudmundson'[Member Information Removed] are neglecting to mention and didn't seam to able to grasp when I tried to explain to them is this....... You can't run a dryer exhaust and bath fan exhaust into 1 single exit pipe going out to exhaust vent on roof side because of the air-flow dynamics and condensation problems it creates. If we had X-ray vision to see into attic from outside on 12/12 roof slope we could have seen what they had going on and put in another simple $20 exhaust vent, which they could have connected to. They would not listen to my explanation and assumed I was a dishonest businessman trying to avoid coming back to rectify a problem. (which I wasn't responsible for) They have never had any roofing related issues (8 yrs) only this HVAC problem in attic....hope they keep dryer vent clear of lint....serious fire hazard ! Salute to honest and hard working roofers everywhere, like my Dad who I never heard say anything dishonest or bad mouth a customer."
