 + -1 moreMR. THABET WAS GOOD TO WORK WITH AND HAD TO SOLVE SEVERAL COMPLICATED PROBLEMS WITH CONNECTING THE OLD TO NEW. HIS PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE AND HIS WORK CREWS WERE VERY HARD WORKING. HIS CREW TYPICALLY ARRIVED BY 7:00 AM TO START WORK. CREW MEMBERS WERE POLITE AND VERY RESPECTFUL OF OUR PRIVACY. WALLS ARE STRAIGHT, WE HAD MINIMAL PROBLEMS SHEETROCKING. IF SOMETHING WAS DONE NOT ACCORDING TO PLAN, MOHAMMED WOULD FIX IT. MOHAMMED MADE MANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO SAVE COSTS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. MAKE SURE ALL EXPECTATIONS ARE AGREED TO IN WRITING BEFORE SIGNING A CONTRACT AND AGREE TO THE COST OF CHANGES AHEAD OF TIME. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN TO FRAME A STRUCTURE.
Description of Work: FRAMED A 22 X 22 TWO STORY ADDITION WITH DECK. INSTALLED WINDOWS, EXTERIOR DOORS AND INTERIOR WALLS TO A 65 YEAR OLD HOUSE.
