A & E Mechanical

On a Friday March 16, two kids came out to my business from A&E Mechanicals with a plugged toilet, tried to unplug the toilet with a snake and said they had run into a broken sewer pipe. They charged me $125 and said their boss would call me on Monday morning to indicate what I would need to do. He didn't call so I called him and he had been out of town and told me he would check with the two who came out and get right back to me. Never heard form him again- called five times and left messages except for the last time about 5:00 in the evening. In the meantime I had clients who were meeting with professionals in my building scrambling for toilets outside of our office. The next morning, still without hearing form him, called another plumber who came out and unplugged the drain- grease and other refuse plugging the drain. No crushed share pipe and still have not heard form Mike at A&E Mechanicals. Would I ever contact this group again? Not even at gun point. So unprofessional. Not even calling back to say he was working on it or give me some progress report.
