TRI-COUNTY PLUMBING & HEATING

Very well.

Spectacular.  Matt, in particular, is young, but very bright.  He thinks through problems and devises excellent solutions.  This was my second time using Tri County.

Prompt service. I had previously always gone to a different company but frustrated when it would take 3 days for them to come. Tri- county were able to come out the same day given my water leaking mess. Staff were courteous and very knowledgable and even went the extra mile to fix other items that were wrong and not even charge us. We definitely will use them from now on.

Matt came out and talked with us checking  both the water heater and furnace.  He found a crack in the furnace and immediately said he would order the part to fix it.  He also told us the furnace part was under warranty which we did not know.  The furnace was not purchased from Tri-County yet Matt offered the warranty information immediately.
Matt also gave us information on what our options were for the water heater.  He did not "push" us to purchase a new one even though the water heater is 15 years old.  The tank is not leaking so he told us the approximate cost of a new water heater versus fixing the old one.  We felt very comfortable talking with Matt without pressure to purchase anything. 
What we like about Matt and Tri-County is that they are prompt, reasonably priced, honest and very knowledgeable of their products.  We have used several companies during our years in Rochester and none compare to the service we get from Matt and Tri-County.  We recommend them highly.

My experience was great. They were on time and completed the problem promptly and it works well.

Overall, I was satisfied with the services of Tri-County.
