SAC Towing & Recovery

One story in particular highlights what is best about the Stewartville Auto Center. My wife and daughter were on their way home to Dodge Center--30 miles from Stewartville--when, about 10 miles from home the engine light went on and the car began to lose power. They just made it into Kasson, a neighboring community, and into the parking area of an auto service center in Kasson. Well, they were told after an "inspection" by the Kasson service center that the engine was shot. After describing the situation to Corey in Stewartville, he had some questions as to the diagnosis we were given. We told him that if at all possible we would like to have him look at the car. We had no towing insurance, but had bought a booklet including a free tow from the Rochester area of which Corey participated--but we had lost the book. Corey took us at our word and sent a crew to Kasson (30 miles) to pick up the car. As it turned out, our engine was not "shot" and Corey and the excellent people he works with fixed our engine for 300 dollars---50,000 miles later it is still running well. A good mechanic, especially in these times, is golden. The Stewartville Auto Center is GOLD!
