He is very reasonably priced. He seems be that good at work. He is planning to be around. He usually wants to get the job done right. He does little bit of … as well. He's done handy and he's done different things for me.  Some wood had rotted out on the floor sometime back so he replaced the wood on that and made it blend right in so you can't tell it is new wood. He refinished some hardwood flooring. That was the other main thing that he did in the room that we refinished. I had some used flooring that my son had taken off their old floors, I decided to recycle the stuff so he put that it, sanded and refinished it . Another handyman I knew had said that you wouldn't be able to do that but it worked well for us. He did a really nice job, looked really good. I would use him again in the future.

He does excellent work and he doesn't over charge. He is pretty much on time but he gets bogged down sometimes by the different jobs he does. He lets me know if he is going to be late. He cleans up after himself, and I'm pleased with his work.
