Landscaper started project end of August and still had not completed by end of October. Granted some rain delays, however no excuse for amount of time it took. Would not return our phone calls, nor text messages when asked when he would be back to work on project. Always had an excuse as to why he was not making forward progress. My error in in not putting a must complete by date to make him focus on our project. He seemed to really "fade" when he had most of the project cost paid to him. The last landscaping request he needed to complete he did opposite of what was asked of him. We asked him to correct ASAP and was told he was leaving for two weeks to work on a big project out-of-state. Well, we found out at the start of this two week period he traveled 30 miles to work on a retaining wall around for another customer. That customer is still waiting for him to finish project as well!
