As first-time home buyers, there is so much to take in and process and we were not exactly sure what to expect. Yvonne walked us through the process every step of the way and made what could have been quite a stressful experience into a surprisingly easy and enjoyable one! She is thorough, very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, incredibly personable, and she makes you feel like you are her one and only client. She had a great eye for things we wouldn’t have thought to look for or notice on our own, saving us from potential mistakes and making offers on homes we may have regretted. My husband and I are super picky buyers and despite that, Yvonne was patient & listened to what we were looking for...she not only helped find the perfect house for us (we didn't think it was possible), she negotiated a great deal, all while making the process feel seamless and smooth. We recently had to re-locate out of the Twin Cities and sell that perfect house (boo!), but Yvonne came to the rescue once again. Not being there in person for the sale process could have been incredibly stressful, but Yvonne took the reins and made it all happen. Her "Don't worry...we'll do this!" attitude, quick responses and just all around awesomeness put our minds at ease. We move a bit for work and as a result, have to work with realtors on occasion.
