+ -1 moreFirst, they set up an appointment with me a few weeks ago, they contacted me again and again to ask for another picture. So I sent them pictures and we had an appointment scheduled for them to submit a bid to me yesterday at noon. Because what they are planning on doing is not at all what I suggested and I just find that to be very very poor customer service. How am I supposed to accept a bid? when they have not even been to my house. Room Smith has horrendous customer service.
