We haven been trying to give our piano away on may different sites for months with no luck. We were thinking we'd need to take it to the dump, but didn't want to haul it and see it go to waste, it's a beautiful piano but needed tuning and some repair. I like that this company tries to find it a good home and if they can't they will upcycle and/or recycle it. They came to our house and picked it up so we didn't have to move it. It was easy, they came the next day after I called. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They called 15 minutes before they came, just as promised. They were professional, friendly and worked quickly. I would highly recommend. We paid around $300 to get the piano moved to this house from our old one, and we didn't want to move it to our next home. So the price to pick up and recycle it was inline with what we would have needed to pay to move it again.
