Excellent in handling Yoda from the moment wrapping Yoda in a receiving blanket from my car giving me detail cremation care to be received. It was like you would expect from a human cremation which I have witnessed as a family member. Excellent care of a bereaved pet soul

Skip and Carol were so helpful during an incredibly difficult time. I was drawn to their service because they do truly individual cremation, so I knew I was getting just Boseph's ashes. They also treated my baby with the respect he deserved! Skip picked him up from the vet in a nice Kia-Soul-style car (not an industrial van), and informed me that Boseph would be wrapped in a blanket - not a plastic bag like some places! What's more: his body was cremated *that day*, so he was never put in cold storage (which means *frozen* at some places!). I had my sweet boy's ashes in my arms in a beautiful carved wooden box the next day! They also gave me two paw prints and two locks of his fur. When I picked them up, Carol took the time to sit with me and remember him. That meant so much! All of this care and attention at a totally reasonable price. I highly recommend Pets Remembered to anyone who has lost a beloved pet!

Pets Remembered staff were very helpful, answered phone messages promptly and repeatedly. Very caring compassionate people. I especially like that they cremate pets singly; you can be assured to receive only your pet's cremains, not comingled. I highly recommend and would use them again.

Such kindness. Such a lovely facility. They cremate one pet at a time, and his ashes were ready the next day in a lovely box. Who knew such a wonderful service existed in this world? My family and I were comforted by this experience. Thank you!

Excellent. We had chosen in-home euthanasia service through Blue Skies Pet for our very elderly dog whose health had failed rapidly. The dog was transported directly to Pet's Remembered by Blue Skies and we received a call later that afternoon that the ashes were ready to be brought home. We chose to go to their location where we were provided with a beautiful wooden box with a carved top containing the ashes. They also provided resources if one needed help dealing with loss and grieving. The staff was very empathetic and we felt that their entire service was respectful of us and our pet. We appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

Pets Remembered Cremation Service is far and away the best cremation service available for companion animals in the Twin Cities area. As someone who does a lot of animal rescue I, sadly, have had to use this service numerous times. But each time Pets Remembered has made the experience as comforting and bearable as possible. Skip & Carol are two of the most compassionate people I've ever met. They truly care about their clients. I am comforted knowing that each beloved animal I bring to them will be treated with the utmost respect. They are the only crematorium that performs truly individual cremations (not partitioned cremations, like other crematoriums). They are open 7 days a week and have a 24 hour turnaround time. In other words, when I bring in the body of one of my darling companions, I need wait only a day to receive their ashes back. I am extremely grateful for Pets Remembered Cremation Services.

They tucked him into a basket with a blanket and gave me a chance to say good bye to him. His cremation was done that day, and they guaranteed that he was cremated alone and his ashes were kept separate. They provided a beautiful wooden box for his ashes, and a card with a paw print and a bit of his fur. I'm so thankful for their compassion and kindness. Truly a superior service at a good price. I would highly recommend Pet's Remembered. They far surpassed my expectations.

It was a shock to lose my English Springer only 2 weeks after being diagnosed with cancer. It was devastating and Pet Remembered eased the process with their sincere concern and deep compassion. They not only took care of my Brisco in a professional manner, they were kind and understanding. When I picked up Brisco's ashes, I was surprised with the care they took to make me feel better. They placed his ashes in a carved wooden box (which was included in the price), they took paw prints and kept a few locks of fur for me. They also made a donation in the name of Brisco to non-profit, Frankies Fund, to help fund pet medical services for people that can't afford them. They included a packet of forget-me-not seeds to plant in my garden next year in remembrance of my sweet boy and they included literature about grief groups. I cannot express how impressed I was with the care, concern and compassion they provided during one of the most difficult times of my life. I would highly recommend that you request their services to your vet, if/when you may need them.

They provided excellent service at a very sad time for us. They also did ink paw prints for us and also gave us a lock of Jack's hair. A few days after we picked up the cremains, we received a very sweet card of sympathy in the mail from them. Their compassion and attention to detail helped us navigate a very difficult time.

This is the second time we have used Pets Remembered. It is so hard to lose a much loved family member. But Skip and his team treated us with kindness and compassion and our dog with dignity and respect. An awful day was a little bit better because of Pets Remembered.

We literally can not say enough about these folks. Our cat passed away at home on a Sunday and they met us at their lovely offices. They were so completely compassionate about our loss and sensitive to our needs and desires. They honored our pet and provided us with a lovely walnut box for his remains, made a donation to a charity in his honor, provided us with 2 inked paw prints, and an impression, provided us with information about grief groups that meet locally and welcomed donations of his things that they furnish to local shelters. At a terrible moment in our lives, they provided warmth and understanding - and a professional service with dignity. You will never regret using their services.

Excellent service. They pick your pet up from the local vet clinic. The atmosphere when you come to view the pet is really nice. They only do one pet at a time. Their customer service is excellent as well. They are very professional.

Skip, Carol, and Emily were extremely helpful at a tough time of our lives - cremating our dear four legged baby.  No matter when, Skip would answer the call at all times.  Took great initiative to make the process easy for us - working with the U of M to make the process easier for us.  Communicated through out the time. We even received a call a week later from Carol checking to see how we were doing, Skip knew that we wanted the ashes soon and accommodated the request by cremating the night of the same day that he had our pet.  We would highly recommend them based on our own experience. Thank you, Pets Remembered!

Our elderly cat had to be euthanized at the University of Minnesota veterinary medical center.  Pets Remembered came the same afternoon to pick up her remains.  They called us at home that afternoon to talk about the arrangements.  We were able to pick up her remains the next afternoon.  The vet school had made a clay paw print, and Pets Remembered already had that with her remains so we didn't have to drive all over town.  Pets Remembered had also made an ink paw print and took a little snip of her fur.  Her urn was a lovely carved box.  All of this perhaps sounds morbid to anyone who hasn't suffered the loss of a pet, but it was really lovely and very comforting at a time when we were very traumatized.  We arrived home from work to find our ailing cat and less than 48 hours later, we picked up her ashes.  The prompt, professional, and respectful way in which Pets Remembered handled the process was so appreciated.  When our last kitty died, we did not have this level of service and never received an urn or a paw print, and this was all so much better.

The entire process was carefully planned and comforting to us.  We were referred by a veterinarian who assured us that owners, Skip and Carol, are really good people.  True, they are, but they are also caring and experienced professionals.  They answered our call immediately, addressed all our questions, met with us at our appointment time,  and allowed us be with our kitty as long as we wanted.  Their facilities are spotless, private and quiet.  We will always be grateful.

On August 19, 2014, I had to bring my dog to the emergency room at the University of Minnesota where it was discovered that he had liver cancer. I had to make the very sad decision to put my dog down that night, as he was bleeding internally and the cancer was inoperable. It was a very sad night but thankfully the Vet at the U of M told me about Pets Remembered Cremation Service. I told the Vet that I would like Pets Remembered to do the cremation and the Vet called them for me that night.

The next morning at about 10 am I received a call from Skip at Pets Remembered and he informed me that he had already picked up my dog and that the cremation would be completed that day. When I went to pick up my dog's remains, they had him in a nice wooden box, along with a care package that included flower seeds- in case I wanted to bury him, a notice that they made a donation to an animal shelter in honor of my dog, ink footprints and a lock of hair from my dog, and they even gave my granddaughter a book that explained about grieving for a pet. Both Skip and Carol were extremely kind, compassionate, and sensitive during this very sad time for me and my family. I could really tell that they understood my pain and that they had taken good care of my dog. They took the time to ask about my dog and even followed up with a phone call a week later to see how I was doing.

I would highly recommend Pets Remembered and I told all my friends and family about this service. They were really wonderful and made a very painful time easier to get through.

Thank you Skip and Carol!

For animal lovers, the death of our pets is painful. Skip Wyland and Carol Noren are fellow animal lovers who provide a comforting environment for an unpleasant task. Think funeral home for animals, with the added bonus of their two dogs bringing a smile to your face as you say goodbye to your furry family member. We really appreciate that our dog Hallie was cremated by herself, and that we received her ashes a few hours after we brought her to Pets Remembered. The ashes were returned in a small wood carved urn, along with a clipping of fur and a paw print. We have nothing but high praise for Skip and Carol, and for their service.
