Guns
As most gun owners know , Tikka T3 is foreign made so the sights are
not universal. I had ordered a 30 mm scope and needed quick release
rings. Well I called Bill's Gun Shop and was told that there is no
gunsmith on site , but I could drop it off and they would call me when
it was done.
Well , I do not like waiting , and I definitely wanted it done . I tried but
did not have the right tools. I called Joe's Sporting Goods and asked if
they had a gunsmith on site. I walk in and the sales attendants said to speak
to the gunsmith. Well Bob Iverson looked at the gun and said, I can pull the
screws out for free and you can install it yourself or I can do it for $20.00.
He said it could be done, that it would be done before 1:00 pm. In under
2 hours some one from the store calls and says my gun is ready.
The job was done, quick, clean and he even left the allen wrench in a
plastic bag so I could add Loctite or adjust it myself.
