From start to finish, my experience with Daniel has been seamless and stress-free. He has an excellent eye for design and helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. I was overwhelmed by the design process and the work for our shade project, but Daniel made the process fun and helped bring my vision to life. Installation was a breeze, with his team arriving on time and completing the job quickly and effectively. They were respectful in my home and left everything neat and tidy. The shades themselves are of great quality. We installed motorized shades throughout our home, and Daniel was an expert in setting up the shades on our remotes, apps and assisting with shade schedules. Daniel and his installer were amazing , my two large French Doors blinds are automatic â ¦love it! And the two windows â ¦..the blinds can go up or downâ ¦from top or bottom.,..perfect for Condo living. The linen fabric and color are perfect.

He was very knowledgeable in all window coverings and helped me pick out the type of window covering and he also had a good design sense with the various colors and patterns that are available. He had many samples to look at and actually feel the fabric and material. Danial made the process go smooth and kept me informed every step of the way. Daniel is delightful to work with, knowledgeable and not pushy. His installer Phil really knows installation, what will work and what wonâ t work for wall type and age of building. Both are very professional, efficient, and clean up their boxes and old window treatments and coverings. Has latest window coverings on market, with samples. Price was right! Walking through his various portfolios of diverse blinds with dramatic warm color tones, under his experienced eye, was a genuine journey in caring for customers and what they needed. During the 2 projects we have embarked upon with Daniel thus far, he has been appreciably understanding and quite mindful of our family's need for security and safety as we interacted with him and his equally wonderful blinds' installer, Phil.They were fully compliant with the State's existing CoVid 19 protocol specific to their business. Daniel's open-mindedness and imagination added much value to our creative process in selecting blinds that were both functional and aesthetically-compatible with the parent's bedroom and our teenage daughter's bedroom. Daniel also understood the financial stress we were under due to CoVid 19 and provided the necessary flexibility we needed to purchase our blinds. We have been so pleased with the service and products provided by Gotcha Covered and their staff that we are now in the process of planning our 3rd window covering project with the company.

Daniel and his team are great to work with! Daniel spent just the right amount of time explaining the different options for our living room blinds in a way that made the choices sound exciting - not overwhelming. I really liked the he way explained the pros and cons of the different sizes and types of blinds we were considering. Installation was super speedy and efficient. We're happy with the blinds themselves - they were true to sample and look perfect in the space. Can't say enough good things about this experience and the product!

Dan was the salesman. He was honest. Showed up on time. Was flexible schedule wise. Gave me honest feedbacks and was fair in the pricing. Phil the installer was awesome. He had both blinds installed within 30 minutes. He was boom boom quick. I'm more than happy with my experience with Gotcha Covered. I'll definitely refer them to friends and family and in the future if I need blinds installed I will make the first call to Gotcha Covered.
